Anchorage resident, Samuel T. Jefferson, 21 lost his life in a car accident on July 15, 2011.

Sam was born April 16, 1990 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the son of Cynthia and Robert Jefferson. Sam attended Dimond High School and was employed at Independent Lift Truck of Alaska for the last four years. Sam enjoyed fishing, paintballing, and entering his antique 1977 Cadillac into many "Excessive Life Styles" car shows.

His family wrote," He loved to lift people's spirits and make them laugh and smile every time he had the chance. He was loved by many and will be missed by all that knew him. We love you, Sam."

He survived by his mother, Cynthia Jefferson; brother and sister-in-law, John and Crissy Schwartz; niece, Naomi Schwartz; nephew, Dallas Schwartz, all of Anchorage; grandparents, Janice and Bobby Johnson, Norman, OK; uncle, David Talbott, Anchorage; aunts, Margie Fittler, Noble, OK and Sharon Schulz, Lexington, OK and numerous cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Roy Talbott.
