Malcolm was somebody who always made me smile. I started at Yucca Elem. in 5th grade and he was in one of my classes from that point on. He will be truly missed by myself and all of our classmates. I hope that everybody will remember his great smile and sense of humor. My deepest sympathy to his family. Jill Tally

God speed Malcolm, I will regret not taking the time to know you better. You came into my life as a school friend at Yucca and always had a kind word anytime our path crossed as we went through life in Alamogordo. Thank you for stopping to shake hands and ask about the family each time we passed. Your smile will be missed.

To my dear Family: Barbara (Malcolm's love of his life) Brandon, Kristen, Stephanie, Thomas, Jordan and the Padilla family my deepest, deepest regrets and rejoice!! I have so many wonderful memories of Malcolm and his ability to make you smile and laugh all the time. My most recent memory was this past July 2008. We got to spend some quality time talking and laughing. We even got serious and shared with each other our hopes and fears. Malcolm assured me that Jesus was his Lord and Savior and his hope that his family would all come to (know) Jesus as their Lord and Savior. He told me how much he loves his kids, grandkids and Barbara. His biggest fear was leaving Jordon because he was still in school and want Barbara to be cared for somehow. We cried and we talked more. Malcolm was tired and our Lord called him home. I thank you Malcolm for the biggest blessing that you gave the Hieser family 19 yrs ago (Michael W. Hieser II) (because you loved and have a heart) I will never forget you my friend, brother-In-law, brother, brother in Christ! With all my Heart I will miss you.... Until we meet again in heaven....Rest in HIS arms.
