Amador R. Madrid Obituary

Amador R. Madrid, passed on October 22, 2017. He was born April 15, 1925, in Fort Hancock, Texas. A veteran of war, a navy man, assigned to the USS Yancey. He lived most of his adult life in California and returned home to the Tularosa Basin in the end.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Anita R. Luevano; his brothers; daughter, Teresa Peaspanen; granddaughters, Frances Peaspanen and Melissa Telles.

His surviving children are Glora Kostrzewa, Mary Helen Zaryzki (Steven), Vincent Madrid, Peter Madrid (Esperanza), Genie Madrid-Sisco (Jimmy), Martha Telles (Mark), RoseAnn Myers, Wendy Adkin, BobbyJo Montayne, Margie Kim Hall (Dennis), Sandy Madrid and Czar Madrid; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Also surviving him are brothers, Issac Luevano (Millie), George Luevano (Minnie), sisters Regina Gutierrez (Miguel) and Mary Garcia.

As he requested, cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Tularosa Catholic Church, St. Francis De Paula at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 9th, 2017.
