Barry Leo Morgan Obituary

Barry Leo Morgan, 51, of Alamogordo, N.M., went to heaven on June 20, 2016. Barry was born on August 7, 1964, in Roswell, N.M.

He is survived by his mother Laura Lee Stover, two sisters, Cora (Richard) Mullen and Donna Miller, and two brothers Alton Morgan and Ike Stover, all of Alamogordo.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bill Stover, his grandparents Chalk and Lily Norton, and his brother-in-law Scott Miller.

Barry spent his childhood on the Arroyo Seco ranch on the north side of Capitan enjoying the cowboy life with his grandparents Chalk and Lily Norton. Barry loved to hunt and was in fact a crack shot. He was a caring, sweet and funny boy. As an adult, Barry became a licensed electrician, which gave him the opportunity to travel and meet new friends. No matter how far away he was, his heart was always home. Barry was never afraid of hard work and had a smile and a funny story for everyone he met. He especially loved his time working with Alton and Julie these last few years.
Barry loved his family and particularly enjoyed his nieces and nephews which include: Lacy and Shannon Miller, Christopher and Daniel Mullen, Ruth Walker, Carolina Condito, Racquel Morgan Weyandt, Chrissy Morgan, Stormy Morgan, Alton (Boy) Morgan, Candice Morgan, Julie Morgan, Ivy Morgan, Jude Morgan and Ira Morgan.

Please come and celebrate Barry's life with us at #6 Sunflower in Mayhill (1st right past mile marker 28) on July 9th 2016, at 1 p.m.
