Christopher Santiago Klieves Obituary

Christopher (Chris, Topher, Topheroonie) Santiago Klieves, 29, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Chris was born on May 10, 1986, in Subic Bay City, Philippines, to Allen and Clara Klieves. Chris graduated from Temecula Valley High School, class of 2004, in Temecula, California. Chris brought smiles to both his customers and fellow co-workers over 10 years of dedicated employment as a crew chief to the Alamogordo McDonald's.

He was truly a child of God, in that he lived his life for the Lord Father, the Church, and its congregation. Chris committed numerous hours to missions throughout the country spreading the word of God with fellow parishioners and friends. His passion in music and singing translated into the devoted and enthusiastic time spent with the Bethel Baptist Choir. Chris was a selfless and loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, grandson, and friend.

A Letter From Heaven
When tomorrow starts without me,
and I'm not here to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes,
filled with tears for me.
I wish so much you wouldn't cry,
the way you did today,
While thinking of the many things,
we didn't get to say.
I know how much you love me,
as much as I love you,
And each time you think of me,
I know you'll miss me too.
When tomorrow starts without me,
Don't think we're far apart,
for every time you think of me,
I'm right there in your heart.
-Unknown
