Cristobal (Chris) Provencio 45, went to be in the loving arms of the Lord June 7, 2015 in El Paso, Texas.
Cristobal was born July 20, 1969 in Tularosa, New Mexico to Priscilla Provencio and the late Romelo Provencio.

There was nothing more important to Chris then his loving daughter and his family whom he loved with his whole heart. Chris loved cooking, hunting, playing softball, camping and being with his loving daughter, family and friends.

Chris is survived by his loving family, his mother Priscilla Provencio of the family home, his loving daughter Deandrea Provencio and her mother Jill Little-Youngmen of Mescalero, New Mexico; sisters Veronica Provencio and fiance Chris Fuller of Los Chavez, New Mexico, Victoria Provencio of Forth Worth, Texas and Monica Parks and husband Chad of Tularosa, New Mexico; brothers Carlos Provencio of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, Romelo Provencio and fiance Nadine Gomez of Alamogordo, New Mexico, Irvin Torres and wife Dora of Tularosa, New Mexico and Eddie Matinzo of Fresno, California. Stepson Christopher Landrie, stepdaughter Samantha Landrie and fiance Erik Vargas and Stacy Stewart.
Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Goddaughters Nikole Matinzo and Caresse Stanfill, a special friend Chris loved as an uncle, Benjie Walters and wife Kami of Tularosa, New Mexico.
Friends Chris loved as brothers, Dan Rule, David Miller, Larry Stanfill and Gabe Shendo and many other friends.

Chris was preceded in death by his father, Romelo Provencio, grandmother Rosalia Torres, grandfather Gorgonio Torres, uncles Carlos Guilez, Emilio and Alcario Torres, cousin Lonnie Torres and other family members on the Provencio side of his family.

Chris wished to be cremated.

Chris' family has entrusted their loved one to the care of San Jose Funeral Home of El Paso, TX.

Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2015. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at Saint Francis de Paula Catholic Church.

Chris will be greatly missed by many people.
