Frank K. Park Obituary
Frank K. Park, 68, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, in Cloudcroft. He was born on July 10, 1945, in Dallas, Texas, to Charles and Mary Adams Park.

He graduated High School at Canton, Texas. He worked for Fox and Jacobs/Centex Homes for 23 years in Dallas starting out as general construction going to trim and running the cabinet shop to customer service with various awards and certificates of merit. He married the love of his life, Yvonne, on Jan. 6, 1986.

As a tourist, he fell in love with Cloudcroft and insisted they move to Cloudcroft, which they did in June of 1993. He freelanced in independent contracting. He was a member of the Upper Cox Canyon Fire Department for 18 years.

Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Park, of Cloudcroft; daughters, Kimberly Butler and husband, Robert, of Mesquite, Texas, and Kelli Bickel and husband, Robert, of Cloudcroft; son, Christopher Paterson and wife, Teresa, of Lubbock, Texas; four grandchildren, Blaine and Matthew Butler, of Mesquite, and Sarah and Caelan Bickel, of Cloudcroft; one great-granddaughter, Symbree Kleman, of Lubbock; sister, Ann Winder and husband, Johnny, of Terrell, Texas; two brothers, Charles Park, Jr. and wife, Linda, of Elmo, Texas, and Joe Park, Sr. and wife, Shirley, of Forney, Texas; brother-in-law, Kenneth W. Baggett and wife, Paula, of Odessa, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

The Memorial Service was conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Mountain of the Lord Church with Rev. Don Pettey officiating.
The family was greeted by friends from 12-3 p.m. at Mountain of the Lord Church.
Honorary pallbearers were the Upper Cox Canyon Volunteer Fire Department.

Should friends desire, contributions may be made to Mountain of the Lord Church.
The Park family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. Cremation will take place at PCS.
