James Michael "Mike" Moots, 57 of Ault, Colo., died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008, at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colo. He was multi-talented in many areas that allowed him to work with his hands, which he preferred to sitting at a desk. A skilled compound bow hunter, he also enjoyed fishing and anything that involved the outdoors.
Mike is survived by his wife of 30 years, Sharon; father, James Moots; brother Doug (Peggy) Moots, both of Alamogordo; mother-in-law Donna Bergman; brother-in-law Gary (Shari) Bergman; sisters-in-law Jolene Thomas and Julie Bergman; two nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pherrel Moots, and father-in-law Cleo Bergman.
