James William Swaagman Obituary
James William Swaagman, 82, passed away April 10, 2013, at home. He was born Sept. 30, 1930, in Fulton, Ill., to Evert and Edna (Helsinger) Swaagman.
He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a carpenter for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jacqueline Swaagman, of Alamogordo; two daughters Pamela Graf and husband, Bruno, of Alamogordo; and Cynthia Yarbrough, of Orlando, Fla.; four grandsons James, Franz, Shaun and Bryan; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents and his sister, Hazel Hein.
The Memorial Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Hodges officiating.
The Swaagman family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the engagements. Cremation will take place at PCS.
