""Lydia"" Eleuteria Ollivervides Garcia, 69
""Lydia"" Eleuteria Ollivervides Garcia was born Feb. 20, 1941, in Santa Rosa, Nuevo León, Mexico, to Sixto Ollivervides and Epigmenia Gaona.
The Lord called her home Monday, Oct. 18, 2010, where she has joined her beloved spouse, Guadalupe B. Garcia Sr. (G.G.), and other loved ones.
Lydia was the youngest of seven siblings. She was a homemaker and also worked at Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center for 16 years.
She is survived by daughter Gracie Garcia, of Alamogordo; son Gilbert Garcia, of Castle Rock, Colo.; stepsons Guadalupe Garcia Jr. and wife, Loyola, and David Garcia, of Robstown, Texas; daughter-in-law Louann Garcia, of Alamogordo; Adolfo Armenta, of Corpus Christi, Texas; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church by Linda Villabisencio. Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 10 a.m. at the church with Father Juan Montoya, celebrant.
Pallbearers include Ken Stebler, Scott Haefe, Kelly Carner, Aeron Auld, Chris Rollerson and Steven Arce.
Interment will follow at Monte Vista Cemetery.
The family thanks everyone for their support.
