Mary Eastman Obituary

Mary Eastman, 69, passed away on Sept. 19, 2014, in Alamogordo. She was born on March 28, 1945, in Milford, Mass., the only child of George (1904-1978) and Flora (Borges) (1912-1998) McMullin. Her in-laws were John Alfred Eastman (1912-1998) and Marie Czeslawa "Ceil" Eastman of Salem, Mass.

Mary married Thomas Francis Eastman (1945-2007) on June 27, 1970, in Lynnfield, Mass.; they drove to Mesa, Ariz., to be sealed together forever in the Mesa Arizona Temple on July 8, 1970.

Mary's children include her eldest son William of Provo, Utah; second son who came to our family at the age of 14, Sean King of Las Cruces; and daughter Victoria of Alamogordo. Other friends and family include cousin Connie Archis and the Lemis family.
Mary loved genealogy, and she was the director of the Alamogordo Family History Center for years. She loved her friends from there, especially her second in command Rosie.

Direct burial will be at Monte Vista Cemetery next to her husband Thomas in Section E.
No flowers please, the "grand-dog" likes to throw them on the floor.
