Staff sergeant, U.S. Air Force, retired
He went to be with his father in heaven Wednesday, April 27, 2011. He was born in Pawtucket, R.I., Sept. 3, 1936, to Oliver J. Drouin and Flora (Coulombre) Drouin. He married Darlene (Debenham) Drouin on Oct. 28, 1955. He retired from the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Kevin Drouin; and sisters Vivian Keys and Cecila La Forest.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene; daughters Diana F. Jennings and Judith B. Drouin; grandchildren Christopher A. Levi, Rebecca E. Meyers and Jacob S. Jennings; and great-grandchildren Logan J. Meyers and Ethan D. Meyers.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011, at First Baptist Church in Alamogordo with the Rev. Bill Campbell officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Holloman Air Force Base Steel Talons Honor Guard.
The Drouin family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. Cremation will take place at PCS.
