Sharon Lynn Eddy died unexpectedly early morning on November 18th 2017 on vacation in Oklahoma. Sharon was 61 years old. She was born in Ada, Oklahoma on November 11th 1956, daughter of John and Pauline Eddy. Sharon lived in Alamogordo since she was 4 years old and owned The Winners Circle.

Sharon was proceeded in death by her father John Eddy. Sharon is survived by her soulmate Knute Dockum (Alamogordo, NM), step son Cody Duran (Colorado), mother Pauline Eddy (Alamogordo, NM), sister Susan Eddy (Phoenix, AZ), nephew John Avila (Alamogordo, NM), niece Ryan Avila (Phoenix, AZ) her son Jaymeson, niece Briana Hicks (Alamogordo, NM) her daughter Jeneya Hicks, niece Chelsea Maynez and her husband Alfred Maynez (Alamogordo, NM) and their sons Alfred and Angelo , many cousins, and her dogs Bailey and Tume and cats Gato and Missy. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends.

Sharon was very much involved with the community working with schools and athletics in support of her business. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Elks Lodge and Moose. She was an avid volunteer of the different charities that the Eagles support. Her charities included Art Ehrmann Cancer fund, Make a Wish and State Scholarship, and the local Eagle Riders. She was twice passed Madam President for the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary Challenger 4101 and currently New Mexico State Madam Conductor.

Sharon will be remembered by all from her contagious smile. She was full of life and was always the life of the party. She was a great daughter, sister, aunt, stepmom and friend. We will all miss her terribly but know she passed away peacefully where she has joined her father, family and friends who have gone before her.

A celebration of her life will be held at Fraternal Order of Eagles on Saturday November 25th 2017, at 11am. In Lou of flowers please make all donations to the Fraternal Order of Eagles .
