Stanley L. Westfall, 74, passed away, Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, in Alamogordo.
Mr. Westfall was born May 8, 1935, in Woodward, Okla., to Raymond Louis and Ruby Fern (Murray) Westfall. He was an Army veteran.  On May 23, 1980, in Ruidoso, he married Reba Sue Thomas.  He retired as a computer technician for Mobile Oil. They moved to Alamogordo in 1997, where he was also a member of the BPO Elks Lodge No. 1897 and the Alamo Squares. 
He is survived by his wife, Reba Westfall of the family home; two sons, Douglas Westfall of Watauga, Texas, and Mark Westfall of Nacogdoches, Texas; a daughter, Camille Korman and her husband, Pat, of Dallas; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a brother, Alan Westfall and his wife, Billie Joan, of Houston.
He was preceded in death by is parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, in the Hamilton-O'Dell Chapel with Pastor Robert Smith officiating.
Interment will follow in Monte Vista Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tom Grassman, Elwood Evans, Warren Bunker, Skip Westfall, D.A. McGuire and Jerry Gilbreath.
The family will greet friends from 2 until 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009, at the funeral home.
The Westfall family has entrusted the care of their loved one to Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the funeral services.
