Obituary Condolences

Virgil was born to Virgile and Lucille (Walker) Bryant March 21, 1949, in Tularosa. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Marty Bryant. He fell asleep in death Oct. 16, 2008. He was preceded in death by both parents and brother Shelby. Survivors include five children, Tonya Joorabchi and husband, Kirk, of Haysville, Kan., Laronda Southworth and husband, Doug, of Clayton, Ind., Eric Stoup and wife, Jennie, of Lincoln, Neb., Jonathan Stoup and wife, Claudia, of Lone Wolf, Okla., and Dean Bryant, of Alabama; 10 grandchildren; sister Norma Jean Bryant, of Alamogordo; and brother J.T. Bryant, of Florida, as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.
Earl loved the outdoors. He spent many years working in the logging industry of New Mexico. His love of working with heavy equipment continued as he and his wife moved to Norman, Okla. Co-workers at Haskell Lemon Construction-Norman considered Earl to be a dedicated worker, and he will be deeply missed.
