William "Bill" Carrier Obituary
William (Bill) Carrier was born on October 10, 1956 to Reginald and Mary Carrier.

At the age of 15 he met a young lady at a State Campvention in Shinhopple, NY. They kept in touch occasionally through high school, despite the distance between them.

Following graduation, Bill enlisted in the US Air Force, getting stationed at Lockport AFS, NY, following tech school. When he visited his family, he remembered that the young lady lived just off the road he traveled and decided to call her once again. The rest, they say, is history. Bill and Debbie were married on August 28, 1976, in Elmira, NY.

While serving in the Air Force, Bill and Debbie were stationed in Albuquerque, NM, followed by an assignment to Angeles City, Republic of the Phillipines. There they were blessed with a son, Jason. During their next assignment to Honolulu, HI, Bill enjoyed scuba diving on the weekends. They were also blessed with another son, Shawn, and a daughter, Larissa. Their final assignment was to Alamogordo, NM, where he retired in 1994. They subsequently moved to El Paso, TX, where Bill was hired by the Department of Homeland Security. When 2 of their children moved to Tucson, Bill requested a transfer to be closer to them.

Bill enjoyed working in his wood shop, traveling, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie, his sons, Jason (Shaye), and Shawn (Amanda), and a daughter, Larissa (Greg), 2 sisters, Susan Carrier Schlee (Bob), and Lynda, a brother, Tom, 4 grandchildren, Damian, Dominick, Aiden, and Lianna, along with several nieces and nephews.
