Anna Eulene (Conrad) Waters Obituary
Anna Eulene Conrad Waters, 81, of Blackfoot, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Bingham Memorial Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Anna was born April 19, 1933 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Leslie Eugene and Lodema Sophia Wilde Conrad. She was raised on a dry farm and attended school in Iona. Following graduation she attended college in Moscow, Idaho. Years later she finished her education, earning a degree in business at Idaho State University.
On March 18, 1955 she married Max Dwane Waters in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. They made their home in Wapello, where they have resided since that time.
Anna was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She fulfilled many various callings and provided compassionate service for the members of  the ward. 
She was a member of the Historical Society and the Book Club; she enjoyed serving in the community and sharing her knowledge with others. She taught business courses at several high schools in the area and managed the Blackfoot Senior Center for many years.
Ann enjoyed snowmobiling, riding four-wheelers, fishing and cooking for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Max Waters; son, Lyle Waters, Artie (Lori) Waters, and Blair (Linda) Waters, all of Wapello; daughter, Leslie Hansen, of Blackfoot and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Darrell Conrad and Byard Conrad and sisters Dorothy Store and Pauline Ballard and grandson, Robert Hansen.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 9, 2015 at Hawker Funeral Home. The family will meet with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2015 and again for one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Grove City Cemetery.
