Bonnie Lee Ciccone Obituary
Bonnie Lee Ciccone, 61, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at her home following an extended battle with cancer.
The daughter of Derwood "Dag" and Teddy Reader, Bonnie was a life long resident of Blackfoot. She graduated from Blackfoot High School in 1972.
She met the love of her life Tony Ciccone and married him on November 6, 1977.
Bonnie was Corporate Title Plant Maintenance Supervisor for First American Title Financial Corporation, where she had worked for the last 27 years. She was driven to want all things done well. Her co-workers described her as kind, smart and always funny, stating they were lucky to have worked with her.
Above all else, Bonnie loved being with family and friends. She particularly enjoyed sharing her love of the outdoors, sunbeams, starry summer nights, camping, time in her yard, music, fireworks, canning and apple harvest with those she loved.
Bonnie may be remembered for her perpetual smile and kind heart that could lighten anyone's day.
She is survived by her husband, Tony of Blackfoot; mother, Teddy Curry of Nampa; four children, Sunshine (Dana) Denney, Aaron (Jennifer) Ciccone, Amber (Jeb) Harrison all of Pocatello and James K. Roberts of Massachusetts; seven grandchildren, Anthony, Aspen, Titan, Oreas, Tayvin, Rachel and Jimmy; two brothers, Larry (Carol) Reader of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho and Doug (Jane) Reader of Maricopa, Arizona; two sisters, Suez (Mick) Heikkola of Kuna, Idaho and Traci (David) Griffin of Parma, Idaho.
She is preceded in death by her father, Derwood "Dag" Reader.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 South Shilling Avenue in Blackfoot. The family will meet with friends and relatives from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2016 and for one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.hawkerfuneralhome.com.
