Errol Hendricks Obituary
Errol Hendricks, 60, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 at Bingham Memorial Hospital.
He was born December 1, 1954, in Rigby, Idaho, the son of Nolan and Francis Allen Hendricks.
He had lived in Spokane, Rigby and Blackfoot.  He attended Snake River High School and graduated in 1973.  He continued his education Kinman Business University in Spokane, WA.
He was a natural born salesman and enjoyed making many new friends as he worked.  He never met a stranger and had the gift of gab.  You could count on Errol to greet you with a smile and maybe even a joke or two.
In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, fishing and more fishing!  He was active in wrestling, baseball, football, choir and dancing in high school.  He was a connoisseur of potatoes...he loved potatoes!!  He knew potatoes like Forrest Gump knew shrimp.  The most important thing in Errol's life was his family.  He never forgot a birthday!
Errol was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
On June 29, 1988 Errol married Sheila Ann Buckless in Blackfoot, Idaho.  They were sealed in the Rexburg LDS Temple on June 28, 2008.
Errol is survived by his wife, Sheila of Blackfoot; children, Jaimy (Joseph) Swanson of Caldwell, Jason (Megan) Lentz of Meridian, Kimberly (Todd) Smith of Newman Lake, Washington, Scott (Victoria) Hendricks of Liberty Lake, Washington and Layne (Valleri) Hendricks of  Washington; brothers, Richard (Billie) and Brent (Vanetta) both of Blackfoot, Doug (Vickie) of Arco; sisters, Diane (Tom) Harding of Layton, Utah and Valena Hendricks of Idaho Falls; and 14 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Josh Lentz.
