Irvan "Harry" Butler Jr Obituary
Irvan "Harry" Butler Jr., 70, of Springfield passed on Tuesday Oct. 13, 2015 from injuries sustained in a car accident. 
Harry was born on April 2, 1945 in Blackfoot, idaho to Irvan H Butler and Virginia H Farrar.
Harry joined the Army in 1966 and was honorably discharged after serving his country in 1969.
Harry was a truck driver by trade and lived for it. He loved the open road and worked hard at it. He also loved to experience the open road on his motorcycle. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, hunting, fishing, being outdoors and tending bar.
Harry is survived by his loving wife Debra Butler, of Springfield, his children, Brandy Lynn (Jed) Martin of Montana, Brittney Jean (Jordan) Whitman of Montana Stephanie (Ron) Little of Nevada Harry Butler of Nevada and Susan Kipp of Texas; sisters, Betty Jo Butler (Ron) Atwood of Springfield, Idaho and Roxanne (Al) Simmons of Sandy, Utah.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Thomas "Tom" Monserrat, Gary Butler, and two sisters, Barbara Ann and Patty.
He was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.
A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday Oct. 16, 2015 at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave. Blackfoot. A memorial service will be held the following day on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 10 a.m. at the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery, 1/4 east on Base Line Road off Highway 91, where military honors will be presented.
