Jolene Flores Obituary
Jolene Flores, 61, lifetime Blackfoot resident, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 at her home due to natural causes.
She was born July 16, 1954 at Blackfoot, to William Neal Stoddart and Beatrice Shoell Stoddart. She was raised and received her education in Blackfoot, graduating from Blackfoot High School.
In 1974 she married Pablo Flores at Elko, Nevada. They have been married 42 years.
Jolene was a devoted wife and mother. She was a master in all things crafty. She had a craft room filled with jewels, ribbons, fabric and sparkle. She brought joy to so many people with her handmade gifts and trinkets people will treasure for life. She had a heart of gold that showed in her precious granddaughter, Sophia. They were two of a kind, that shared the same special soul. The men in her life, Pablo, and her sons Keri-Paul and Donny, were her loves. She will be greatly missed.
Jolene is survived by her husband, Pablo Flores of Blackfoot; sons, Keri Flores of Blackfoot and Donny (Jennifer) Flores of Pocatello; brother, Mike Stoddart of Blackfoot, sisters, Pam (Pat) Hull of Pocatello, Cheryl (Roger) Clark, Lori Ann (Stan) Stewart and Sydney (Dennis) Wood all of Blackfoot; one granddaughter, Sophia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Tommy and Jimmy Walker; and sister, Pamela "Pammie" Stoddart.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave. The family will greet friends and relatives from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to service at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to: www.hawkerfuneralhome.com.
