Kenneth Roy Camphouse Obituary
Kenneth Roy Camphouse, 58, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Friday, March 11, 2016.
Ken was the fifth of six children born to Cleo Dean and Norma Jean Byington Camphouse. He was born on July 31, 1958 in Pocatello Idaho. At the age of five, the family moved to Thomas area in Blackfoot, where he attended Snake River schools. When Ken was 19 he went to Singapore, where he experienced a different culture and was happy to come home. 
Ken had many opportunities to travel from Texas to Washington, even driving 18-wheelers. He worked plastering pools, worked in the potato factory, was a meat cutter, then worked making and replacing windows, lastly he worked cleaning carpets. In his later years, he was able to help his mother after the death of his father.
Ken married Mindy Rogers and they had three children. They later divorced, and he subsequently had another child. Ken would often help his family, and neighbors, with as much as he could do. Helping his mom, sister, and his brothers; always with a smile and could be found ready and waiting for a heated discussion. He enjoyed sharing random facts and showing his collectibles. 
Ken survived by his mother, Norma Jean Byington Camphouse; his children, Jeremy Michael (Cheri) Camphouse, Arriana Natasha Camphouse Sisson, Skye Jeannean Camphouse (Kevin Boyd) and Zachary Scott Camphouse, all of Washington; he has eight grandsons; Austin, Tyler and Kaleb Camphouse, Devain, Jakob and Nikalas Camphouse, and Matthew and Lucas Boyd; and one granddaughter, Elianna Boyd; his brothers, Steven (Anna-Marie Lucy) Camphouse of Blackfoot, Gary Camphouse of Washington and Paul (Tauna) Camphouse of Idaho Falls; and his sister, Cherryl Dahlquist of Blackfoot; and many nieces and nephews.
Ken was proceeded in death by his father, Cleo Dean Camphouse; brother, Cleo Randy Camphouse; and brother-in-law, Danny Dahlquist.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Grove City Cemetery with Bishop Roger Stott conducting.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hawker Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.hawkerfuneralhome.com.
