Norma Lee Waddoups Obituary
Norma Lee Waddoups, 83, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at The Gables in Blackfoot.
Norma was born June 28, 1931 in Blackfoot, Idaho to William Earl Christiansen and Orissa Hansen.  She lived her entire lifetime in the Riverside and Blackfoot area.  Norma attended Riverside Elementary School and Moreland High School.
On June 16, 1948 Norma married Cleo Waddoups in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.  Together they had six daughters.  They were later divorced.
Norma was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was a fantastic homemaker and loved to sew, crochet and do yard work
Norma is survived by her daughters, Carla (EM) Yancey, Katrena (Randy) Austin, Sandra (Keven) Butler, Cindy (Richard) Knox, Sharon Minyen and Debra (Jim) Ward; 16 grandchildren; and 35 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Cleo; brothers, Arlen and Marvin Christiansen; and granddaughter, Shanda Cornell.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 South Shilling Avenue in Blackfoot.  Family will meet with friends and relatives from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 1, 2015 and for one hour prior to services at the funeral home.  Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.hawkerfuneralhome.com.
