Orville Johnson Obituary
Orville Johnson, 75, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at his home.
He was born July 17, 1940 in Blackfoot, Idaho, the son of Martin Johnson and Clara Caspari.
He lived in the Blackfoot area all his life.  He graduated from Snake River High School.
Orville served in the Korean Conflict in the Army.
On February 4, 1985, he married Ann Hahn in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Orville worked for Basic American for 38 years.  He enjoyed yard work, fishing and camping.
He is survived by his wife, Ann of Blackfoot;  stepson, Terry (Tammie) Carson of Blackfoot;  stepdaughters, Sherry Monarrez of Blackfoot; Jenniefer (Jeff) Sanders of Jackson, Wyoming; Becky (Zach) Monroe of Idaho Falls and Rachel (Kevin) Wright of Blackfoot;  brother, Martin (Carol) Johnson of Anahauk, California;  and 22 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Riverside-Thomas Cemetery with Bishop Dan Beck conducting.  The family will meet with friends from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot, Idaho.
