Robert "Bob" Evans Obituary
Robert "Bob" Edward Evans, 75, of Blackfoot passed away peacefully on Monday March 30, 2015 at his home with his family by his side.
Bob was born on February 21, 1940 in Ketchum, Idaho to John Edward Evans and Adelaide Pinson. Bob graduated from the Wood River High School in 1958.
In 1959 he married Susan M. Price in Boise, Idaho. The two of them started a family together in the Boise area and were later divorced. 
On September 1973 he married Mary "Kathi" Kathleen Pendlebury and raised their family in Blackfoot. 
He worked for over 20 years for Wyeth Laboratories as a quality analyst in Boise. He worked at Meadow Gold in the quality assurance department in Salt Lake. Finally he worked at the INL where he worked in various positions.
Bob enjoyed downhill skiing, fishing, rock hounding, and especially spending time with his family in the Sawtooth Mountain Range where he spent a lot of time in his growing up years.
Bob is survived by his wife, Mary "Kathi" Kathleen Evans, his children: R. Timothy (Samantha) Evans, of Pingree, Idaho, Mark Edward (Liessa) Evans, of Everett Washington, James Michael (Kimberly) Evans, of Columbus, Mississippi, Kristine Marie (Kent) Summer, of Kennewick, Washington, Keri Ann (Scott) Swan, of Garden City, Idaho, Jennifer Lynn Evans, of Hollister, California, Wendi Kathleen (Jason) Huffman, of Meridian, Idaho, his brother, William "Bill" (Miche) Evans, of San Rafael, California, 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren with 1 on the way.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Edward and Adelaide Evans, his stepmother, Jean Evans, and a brother, John Richard Evans.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2015 at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave. Blackfoot, Idaho. A viewing will be held the night prior at the funeral home on Thursday, April 2, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and again one hour prior to the services.
