Victor Luis Obituary
Victor Luis, 52, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Bingham Memorial Hospital.  
He was born December 16, 1962 in San Benito, Texas to Constancio M. Luis and Severiana Rivera.
Victor attended school in Snake River and graduated in 1982.
On June 4, 1983, he married Leticia Rodriguez in Blackfoot at St. Bernard's Catholic Church.
He worked at various jobs in the area.  He worked at INEL/INL for close to 30 years and at the time of his death was working for Battelle Energy Alliance as an operator.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, hiking, biking, taking drives and spending time with his family and grandchildren.  He loved to make jokes and make people laugh and also to scare people.  He was a kind, generous man and would help anyone in need on his days off.  His dream was to someday retire on the family ranch in Zacatecas, Mexico.
He is survived by his wife, Leticia;  sons, Victor Luis (Chelsea) of Riverside, Roman Luis of Boise;  daughter, Michelle (Rudy) Ramirez of Chubbuck;  brothers, Elidoro R. "Lolo" (Joyce) of Pocatello, Leonardo (Martina) of Groveland, Juan (Judy) of Blackfoot, Elpedio (Luz) of Moreland, Ray of Pocatello;  sisters, Paula (Humberto) Reyes of Moreland and Rosa Luis of Groveland;  grandchildren, Marina, Gabe, Marcus, Samaya, Rudy Jr., Javi and Natalie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Contancio Jr. Luis and sister Emilia L. Underwood.
A rosary service will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2015 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot, Idaho.
A funeral mass will be held 10:00 a.m. at St. Bernard's Catholic Church.
Burial will take place in the Moreland Cemetery.
