Bill and I were good friends, beginning our friendship at Lee Bivins School in Amarillo. We continued our school careers in Nixon Jr. High and were proud graduates of Amarillo High School Class of 1954. A special "good buddy" who will be missed. My sincere condolences to Bill's fine family. God Bless!

I worked for Mr. Carder at Carder Engineering, and found him to be an extremely intelligent, and patient mentor. He, and Joan helped my wife Shilo and I get our young family started, and we are so very grateful. He was a good man, dedicated Father and Husband, and we send our heartfelt condolences to the family. God Bless.
