Funeral service for Ernest C. Lindsey 76, will be on Saturday, February 16, at 2 pm at the Springhill Baptist Church with Rev. E. Tramine Solomon, officiating. Interment will follow in Lineville Community Cemetery. Mr. Lindsey passed away on February 2, 2019. Mr. Lindsey's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. He graduated as Salutatorian of Clay County Training School 1961, he served in Alabama National Guard. Survivors include his wife: Virginia A. Lindsey; children: Troy (Anita) Lindsey, Regina (Johnathan) Heard; 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; brothers: Henry C. Lindsey, Jimmy (Bonnie) Barker, Dennis R. Lindsey; mother-in-law: Annie Brown other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, R.C. and Dovie Lindsey, son, Terrance Peter Lindsey, siblings, Annie P. McClain, Jessie B.
