A celebration of life for Mr. Randy Lee Webb, 48, of Weaver, AL will be held on November 18th 2019, 6:00 p.m. at Gray Brown Service Funeral Home with Brother Mark Walker and Mike Pegg officiating. Family will receive friends at 4:30 p.m. until service time. The family requests that attendees dress casually. Randy lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday, November 6th 2019. He is survived by his wife, Aimee Pike Webb; mother, Alice James Webb; daughters, Trista Browning and Cheyenne Pike; brother, Scott Webb and his wife, Carmen Webb; nephews, Drew Webb, Matt Webb and Camden Harris; granddaughter, Violet Oden, and a host of family and friends. Randy is proceeded in death by his father, Joseph M. Webb Jr.; his grandparents, Joe and Hettie McCray James, Modie and Orlis Jackson Webb. Randy was a 1989 graduate of Weaver High School and later went on to join the National Guard Army where he served for 8 years. He was an avid Notre Dame fan. His hobbies included doing crossword puzzles, reading and anything to do with history, science and listening to music. He enjoyed nature and building fires in the fire pit. Randy volunteered as an EMT and also worked at RMC in the physical therapy department. He did tile work, and worked at Evans Manufacturing installing awnings, handrails and sunrooms. Randy was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Weaver. The family would like to thank all of the doctors and nursing staff at Grandview Medical Center, Dr. Dupré and the nurses at SVSC for keeping Randy comfortable in his final days. In lieu of flowers, Randy requested donations be made to Ribbons of Hope Foundation, In in his memory at 800 Shelton Shores Dr. Talladega, AL 35160.
