Funeral service for Wendell Nails "Sweet Pooh" 66, will be Friday, February 12, at 1 pm at the Oconee Baptist Church where Rev. Oliver Gaston,pastor and Pastor Duke Truss, officiating. Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery.
Mr. Nails passed away on January 31, 2021.
Mr. Nails remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service.
Mr. Nails graduated from Cobb High School in 1972.
Survivors include his wife: Evelyn Nails: Stepchildren: Francine Rene, Fred (Gabrielle) Dimming, Tori (Margarita) Dimming Sr., Alisha (Lemadrick) Macon, Lakendrick Dimming, Kisha Ripley, James (Tunishia) Gill, Malcolm Gill, Dexter Copeland, Ebony Dimming, Eric Dimming, Marquavius Frazier; siblings: Charles (Inez) Nails, Wendy Nails, Daric Nails; grandchildren, great grandchilden, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Ernest and Louise Nails, siblings, Verner Hutchinson, Bobbie N. Wallace, stepson, Eric Dimming.
