AGE: 99 • Toms River
Ethel Keil Hofmann, 99, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014, at Arbors Care Center, Manchester Twp. Born in N.Y.C. and raised in Leonia, NJ., she graduated from Barnard College in N.Y.C. Ethel moved to Toms River in 1997.
She was predeceased by her husband's Edwin G. Hofmann and Dr. Harry R. Keil; her sister Charlotte L. Thomas and her step-son Edwin L. Hofmann. She is survived by her son's Thomas W. Keil and his wife Mariann of Brick and Donald H. Keil and his wife Glenda of Alabama; her step-daughter Janet Cordoza and husband Divit of Idaho. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grand children and 2 loving nieces.
Services will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Toms River at a later date. She will be laid to rest at Brig. General William C. Doyle Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. The Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, Toms River is in charge of arrangements.

I've known Ethel ever since she entered Janet (Hofmann) Cardoza's life. She was a vibrant and fascinating person and will be much missed in this world. Our condolences to you and all her family.
