Edward M. Faulkner, age 63 of Forked River passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017 surrounded by his family. Edward was born and raised in Newark moving to Lacey Township is 1971 and graduated from Central Regional High School and Ocean County Vocational Technical School in 1974. Edward worked in the Medical Transportation field for many years. He was a lifelong Mets and Jets fan.
Edward was predeceased by his parents, Thomas F. in 1997 and Helen A. in 1985. He is survived by his brother, Thomas E. and his wife Nancy of Forked River, nephews, Matthew J. and his wife Sheryl of Barnegat, Thomas M. and his wife Apolonia of Forked River and his niece, Kelly Marie Jacobs and her husband Sean of Forked River. He is also survived by 2 grand nephews, 8 grandnieces and many loving family and friends.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 5 to 8 pm and Friday from 9:30 until time of funeral service at 10 am at Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Route 9, Forked River. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 56 Cedar Grove Road, Toms River, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Lacey Food Bank C/O the Administrator, 818 W. Lacey Road, Forked River, NJ 08731 in Edwards' Memory.
