Caroline and the entire Ramsey Family, I was moved to read about the Passing of Pete. Pete and I went through the Police Academy together. Being that it was a residential Academy we were able to spend many hours together talking about life and our dreams for our future careers. Pete worked hard at the Academy and we often studied together. I also had the fortunate opportunities to co-work on a number of cases with Pete while he was assigned to the Detective Division. Pete always talked with great pride and love for his family. A True Gentleman and Friend. Pete and your entire Family will be in my thoughts and Prayers. Dennis Scott, Retired Captain of Operations-Howell Township Police Department.

Carol and family. I am sorry for your loss. I considered working with Pete one of the best times of my life. He was gifted with intelligence and a great sense of humor which made him that special person. He was a master at communication. His ability to obtain confessions from suspects was a marvel to observe. I think most priests would admire that skill. He is truly a legend that will be missed. May he rest in peace.
