Longs, SC - Betty Jane (Davidson) Weber passed away at her Longs, SC home on February 1, 2018 at the age of 91. Betty was cherished by her family, friends and communities in both New Jersey and South Carolina.

Betty was born on June 22, 1926 in Athens, PA, the youngest of 14 children to parents Nellie and Chester Davidson. She married her high school sweetheart Neal Weber on November 25, 1950 in Athens and they were happily married for more than 60 years until Neal's passing in 2011. Betty and Neal raised their two daughters Jan and Joy on the Jersey Shore, where Betty enjoyed her jobs waitressing and working at Sears until retiring in 1988.

Into her 90's, she was an active member of the social committee of the Buck Creek POA, and a member of the Red Hat Society. Betty was a loving mother, devoted grandmother and a great friend to so many people in her life. She was known for her sharp style, fun sense of humor and special way of making those around her feel loved and supported.

Betty will be greatly missed by her daughters Jan (Steve) and Joy, son-in-law Mark, three loving grandchildren Jonathan (Amanda), Allison (Jordan), and Dana (Dan), and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a sweet six-year-old dog named Cuddles.
