AGE: 69 • Brick

David A. Ransom, 69 of Brick passed away surrounded by his loving family and went to our Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 28, 2017.

David was born and raised in Eatontown, NJ and graduated from RETS Technical Institute. David worked as an electronics technician for almost 35 years and retired as a supervisor from Lambda EMI, Neptune. He was a past member of Trinity Bible Church, Wall, where he was an usher, deacon and Sunday school teacher. David was a current member of the Grace Bible Church, Wall. He was an avid NY Giants and NY Yankees fan. David was the kindest soul who had a permanent smile that would brighten anyone's day.

David was predeceased by his daughter Tracy in 1998, his parents Anson and Lorraine Ransom and a sister Marion.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years Cynthia (nee Matthews) Ransom of Brick; a daughter Renee Quinones and her husband Reyes of Eatontown, NJ, and two sons David Ransom, Jr. and his wife Janeen of Eatontown and Matthew Ransom and his wife Christine of Orangevale, CA. David is also survived by his three grandchildren Ashley, Dane Jr. and Reyes III; four brothers Willard Ransom and his wife Cindy, Dwight Ransom and his wife Janice, Rolland Ransom and Bruce Ransom and his wife Stephanie; a sister Sharon and her husband Doug.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 1-5 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan, NJ. A funeral service will be held 10 am on Monday, October 2, 2017. Entombment to follow at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport, NJ.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Parkinson's Disease Foundation 1359 Broadway Suite 1509 New York, NY 10018.
