Dolores T. Sauta Obituary
Dolores T. Sauta

AGE: 89 • Shark River Hills

Dolores T. Sauta of Shark River Hills, NJ entered into eternal life on Saturday, January 21, 2017. She was a lifelong resident of Monmouth County and graduated from Saint Rose Grammar and High Schools and went on to become a registered nurse after attending Saint Francis school of nursing in Trenton, NJ. While she worked as a nurse she assisted in the care of a woman who had a very rare heart procedure at the time and Dolores' picture made the front page of the New York papers with her patient. After marriage, she devoted the rest of life as a homemaker attending to the needs of her family. She was an excellent cook who took great pleasure in preparing meals that everyone enjoyed. Her banana cream pie was a big hit for dessert. She had a great faith and belief in her Creator and practiced her faith daily. She was always a great example to her family and friends on how to be a good Christian. Blessed with the gifts that she received from above, a beautiful person to admire in both her physical and spiritual being it was her sweet gentile disposition, kindness, love and affection that brought people together in wanting to be by her side. Laughter was a gift that she enjoyed greatly with her mother and family on a daily basis. She will be missed by all. During her life she and her husband were very active in many civic and community projects. She was a life member in the Navy League.

Dolores was predeceased by her husband Frank Sauta, her daughter Mary Ann, parents Nicholas and Frances Paduano and her sister Patricia Paduano Sylvester. Surviving are her brothers and wives Nicholas and Janice Paduano, Eugene and Rosemary Paduano and Brother Stephen Paduano- who took excellent care of her in her final years. Also surviving are many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday from 5 to 7 PM at the Reilly-Bonner Funeral Home, 801 D Street in Belmar, NJ 07719. A mass of Christian burial will celebrate her life on Thursday 10 AM at Saint Rose Church in Belmar, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Saint Rose Church.
