Dorothy Rash 88, of Wall passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her grandchildren Kelly and Christopher Love.

Dorothy was born in Newark, NJ and moved to Manasquan as a young girl with her family. She met and married the love of her life Harry Rash and moved to Wall where they raised their three children.

Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was known for her big family dinners. Dorothy was a lifelong Mets fan and loved to watch golf. Her family was her life and she selflessly devoted herself to them.

Dorothy as lovingly referred to by her family as "Dottie Spielberg" because she always had a video camera in her hand, which has provided her family with a lifetime of wonderful memories.

Dorothy is predeceased in death by her beloved husband of 58 years Harry W. Rash in 2004, her precious grandson Patrick Love in 2014, her father and mother Louis and Johanna Kaufman, her brothers Herbert and William Kaufman and her sisters Faye Mason and Joan Walling. She is survived by her son Steven Rash of Jackson, her daughters Jeanne Rash of Ruskin Florida and Sharon Love of Belmar and her beloved grandchildren Kelly and Christopher Love with whom she resided in Wall, as well as, Amy and Mark Wills, Kim and Michael Hartney, Michael Woodward, Emily and Grant Runyon, Amy Howard, Adam Richards and 10 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation Saturday April 29th from 10am-12pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Road Manasquan, NJ. The funeral service will be 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Wall Church Cemetery, Spring Lake Heights.
