Francis A. Pace, Jr.

Francis A. "Frank" Pace, Jr., 95, of Whippany, formerly Toms River, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on November 22, 2016. Frank retired in 1987 as the manufacturing supervisor for Resistoflex Corporation in Roseland. He served in the Army as a 1st Lieutenant for four years, spending 30 months overseas in Africa, Italy, France, Germany and Austria, taking part in six campaigns and two invasions. Frank was a past Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus Council No. 4066 in Newark; past president of the Essex County Knights of Columbus Federation and past chapter chairman of the Knights of Columbus N.J. Chapter No. 1.

Beloved husband of 71 years to Rose M. Pace. Devoted father of Nancy Reeves, her husband Paul, Richard Pace, his wife Carol, James Pace and his wife Irma. Cherished grandfather of Chris, his wife Erin, Elizabeth, her husband Johnathan , Timothy, Kimberly, her husband Eric, Stephanie, her husband Anthony, Danielle, and Melanie. Loving great-grandfather of Caroline, Ben, Ava and Dylan. Pre-deceased by his brothers Raymond and Robert Pace.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Ave. Florham Park on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral on Saturday assembling at 8:45am followed by a mass at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover at 9:45am. Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
