Iliana Graziano Muolo Obituary
Iliana Graziano Muolo

AGE: 72 • Point Pleasant

Iliana Graziano Muolo, age 72, of Point Pleasant passed, surrounded by her family, on Monday, October 30th. Iliana was born in San Mango Cilento, Italy on September 17, 1945, to the late Almerindo and Palmira Graziano. At the age of 13, she came to the United States with her family and they settled in Point Pleasant. With her father, Iliana opened Graziano's Italian Restaurant in 1966; a restaurant that through her hard work and dedication, remains open today. She and her husband, Frank, continued to work and raise their family in her beloved Point Pleasant. Anyone who knew Iliana, or Elaine as she was also known, could find her in the kitchen at Graziano's, making ravioli, blasting Italian music or doing what she loved best, spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Francesco "Frank" Muolo; by her children and their spouses, Adriana and her husband, John; Anthony and his wife, Bonnie; Marcello and his wife, Krista; Frankie and his wife, Dana; Maria and her husband, Kyle. Eleven grandchildren gave her abundant reasons to smile, Dominic, John, Isabella, Grace, Kate, Mason, Jax, Brooklyn, Leia, Keiran and Griffin. Two of her brothers, Vince and Joe, preceded her in death. She is survived by two brothers, Claudio and Gennaro, a sister, Emelia, and dozens of nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive relatives and friends for Viewing on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Highway 88 Brick, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered Friday, November 3, 2017 beginning 11:00am at St. Peter RC Church, Point Pleasant Beach. Followed by the interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
