Iretta Victoria "Sis" (nee Dean) Holmes, 71, of Long Branch, formerly of Red Bank has entered eternal life on August 29th after a sudden decline in health.

Iretta was a beautiful, sweet, selfless woman. She spent much of her life as a home health aide. She took pride in caring for others, always going above and beyond for everyone. She enjoyed shopping, particularly at New York & Company, Macy's and Boscov's. Sis was very known for her fashion sense, no matter where she went she stood out. Sis passionately loved her family and her husband, Henry Holmes. Spending time with her loved ones were her favorite pastime. She would always carry photos of her grandchildren around to show how extremely proud she was.
