Jacqueline D'Esposito age 90 of Neptune, formerly of Wanamassa, passed away peacefully March 8, 2018. She was a proud mother, grandmother and devout Roman Catholic. She was born in Brooklyn on May 21, 1927 to Anthony and Jennie Radicella. She met the love of her life, Carmine D'Esposito, during WWII. They married in 1947 and moved to Asbury Park, later settling in Wanamassa, where they raised their children. She worked for the Township of Ocean Board of Ed. in the cafeteria at Dow Ave. School and Ocean Township High School. She was an active member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Prayer Cenacle for many years. She was also a member of the Ocean Township Senior Citizens Club. Jacqueline was predeceased by her parents; her loving husband, Carmine; her son, Gary D'Esposito; and sister, Angela Marfull. She is survived by her son, Ronald, Spring Lake Heights, N.J.; her 2 grandchildren, Christina D'Esposito and her husband, Bryan DeMarco, Oakhurst N.J. and Michael D'Esposito, Tinton Falls N.J.; and her brother, Santo Radicella, Port Ritchie, FL. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 12, at Buckley Funeral Home, 509 Second Ave., Asbury Park, N.J. between 3 and 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 13, at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Asbury Park. Entombment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Neptune, N.J.
