JEFFREY DONALD JONACH
AGE: 58 TOMS RIVER
Jeffrey Donald Jonach, 58, of Toms River, died Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2009, at home with his family. Born in Morristown, he moved to Toms River 30 years ago. Jeff was employed by the Matheny School and Hospital, Peapack, where he dedicated his service to improving the lives of those much less fortunate. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, walking the beach and good times with family and friends.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Sharon; his children, Jaime of Toms River, Matthew and his wife Jamie of Toms River, and Jessica and her husband Anthony Costa of Lincroft; his grandchildren, Ava, Blake, and Emilia; and his siblings, Jonathan of Madison, Jennifer of Maryland, and Jill Acken of Chester. He is also survived by three nephews, Jeremy, Brandon, and Keith Jr.; and a niece, Jessica.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, with a funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15 at the Carmona-Bolen Home For Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Association, 1 River Plaza, Booker Pavilion, Red Bank, NJ 07701, or the Matheny School and Hospital, 65 Highland Ave., Peapack NJ 07977, is appreciated. hi sharon and jamie im so sorry about jeffs passing he is a great friend to me working with him and helping eachother at work was always the best we had alot of fun he was like a big brother i never had im here for you guys i miss him as a wonderful friend jeff thanks for who you are you will be missed deeply sharon ill pray for you and jamie and family always mathney and i will miss him love ya all stevie
