Union Beach - Kathryn Joan Fuller (nee: Eastmond), 83, life-long resident of Union Beach, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018. Daughter of the late Edward and Katherine Phyllis Eastmond, Joan was the oldest of 8 children. A graduate of Keyport High School, she worked as a legal secretary for Karkus, Cantor & Byrnes of Keyport, and later in life, she worked as a printer with AE Cowling Printing. A long-time member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Union Beach, Joan's greatest joy was being with her family and sharing in their many adventures such as camping, fishing, hunting and boat racing. Joan was also gifted at crocheting, sewing and cooking. Joan was the devoted wife of Frank "Skip" Fuller, who predeceased her December, 2017. Loving mother of Frank "Chip" Fuller, Jr. and wife Deb and Barbara Brink and husband Eric. Dedicated grandmother of Andrea, Caitlin, Chanyn, Kayla and Dylan, and great-grandmother of Giana, Genesis and Gabriel. Caring sister of David (Barbara) Eastmond, Virginia (Frank) Poling, Edward (Marion) Eastmond, Jr., William (Catherine) Eastmond, Walter (Beth) Eastmond, Carole (Al Lambertson) Ahlers and the late Rita Edick. Family and friends may visit Friday, 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Bedle Funeral Home, 61 Broad Street, Keyport. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, 10:00am at the Grace United Methodist Church, 115 St. James Avenue, Union Beach. Burial will follow at Shoreland Memorial Gardens in Hazlet.
