Monmouth Beach - Lenore (Lee) Maliken,90, Monmouth Beach, died on April 8, 2018. She was born in the Bronx, NY but was lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore and always proud of her Jersey Shore roots, growing up in Long Branch, and eventually raising a family in Deal. Along with Alex, her husband of 50 years, she ran Tumen's Department Store in Atlantic Highlands for 30 years, before moving to Pompano Beach, Florida, where they opened a new ladies' retail business, "Lee's House." Summers were spent in Monmouth Beach where, for many years, the family enjoyed boating and friends at the Channel Club and Atlantis Yacht Clubs.

Lee loved attending Broadway theater and Miami City Ballet productions and, along with her partner of 16 years, Richard Neiman, enjoyed world cruising and was a patron of Florida Grand Opera.

Lee was predeceased by husband, Alex, her parents, Sophie and Ben Goldwasser, and her brother, Stan Goldwasser.
