My mom and I would see Lou every morning at the paper store. He always had a smile or would say something to make us laugh. We can't help but think of him every time we go there or drive past it. His presence is sorely missed.

Lou was a true gentleman and working a game with him was always a good time. We would always talk about West Orange and Colgate as my grandparents lived on Franklin Avenue. Deepest condolences to his family.

Rest in peace Louis...My condolences to the Santucci family. I haven't seen louis since I was a kid but I have fond memories that I will cherish forever. I did see louis a couple of times a few years ago but I wish it was under different circumstances. We talked about the good old days and family, we talked about when he was my baseball coach in P.A.L. when I lived in W.O., we would go to the park and he would teach us basketball, but most of all I will never forget the family parties. Louis always laughing and joking around with everyone especially us kids, always talking sports. My memories are that he was just a all around great guy! Prayers to Louis and his family.

What an amazing human being. I feel so privileged to have known and spent time with him. I'll never forget a night where he was at Chrissy & Tom's house with Pat, enjoying a nice summer evening on their deck....I was upset about something and came over. I felt so comfortable talking because Pat & Lou are such a wonderful people, listening and saying encouraging words. I was surrounded by such a wonderful family. I know how much he was loved and how much he will be missed. Sending all my thoughts, prayers & energy to the universe for strength and healing. Love you all.

I knew Lou from many years ago, probably since about 10 years old. He was a Great Guy!
You could always find him at Colgate Field in WO playing basketball or name the sport.
He was always smiling, unless he was losing in one of the sports, of course, and I don't ever remember him in a bad mood!
Everyone I remember only had good things to say about him. RIP, Louie, only the best!

I had the pleasure of knowing Lou since junior high school and besides being a great guy and friend he was one the toughest basketball players that I ever saw in high school. He will be missed but never forgotten. To his many friends he was a good friend and to basketball fans he is a legend. Rest In Peace.
