AGE: 75 • Brick

Madeline A. Smith, 75 of Brick passed away on Sunday November 12, 2017

at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank with her family by her side.

Madeline was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ where she was a graduate

of Battin High School. Madeline was an administrative Assistant for

Alpha Wire, Linden for 20 years and later in life worked as a nurse's

aide at Hampton Ridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation, Toms River, NJ.

Madeline moved to Point Pleasant along with her family in 1981 and then

to Brick in 2000. She was a very active member of the Riviera Boat

Club, Brick and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary. Madeline and

her husband enjoyed their vacations to Ocean City, MD. She was a

fantastic cook, loved her pets and will be missed by her dog Scrappie.

Madeline was an extremely devoted wife, exemplary mother, loving

grandmother and babcia. She had many friends who were an extension of

her family.

Madeline was predeceased by her parents Anthony and Agnes Klebosis. She

is survived by her husband of 36 years Henry "Smitty" Smith of Brick;

her children Edward Mazura of Point Pleasant Beach; Susan Mazura of San

Diego, CA and their father Frederick Mazura of NC. Madeline is also

survived by her three step-children Henry "Chuck" Smith of Colonia,

Joseph Smith of Brick and Elizabeth Reid of Dixie Hills, PA.; her

brother and his wife Robert and Delores Klebosis of Manahawkin; eleven

grandchildren Jennifer and Edward Mazura, Nicholas, Jack and Matthew

Weaver, Amanda Moissinac, Roman Merlo, Ryan, Jordan, Samantha and James

Smith; four great grandchildren Madison Weaver, Hannah Britton, Harper

and Weston Weaver.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Friday November

17, 2017 from 4-8 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge

Road, Manasquan with a service to begin at 7:30 pm at the funeral home.
