Marie K. Heinle (née Karl, October 22,1921) most recently of Miami, FL passed away peacefully on Thanksgiving morning. A charismatic advisor and a wise confidant, she took pride in the success of her loving children and their off-spring. Her long life leaves her 8 children, 27 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren with many fond and joyful memories. Marie was predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Norman C. Heinle, as well as her brother Robert H. Karl Newport Beach, CA and two of her grandchildren.

Marie was born in Newark, attended Blessed Sacrament Grammar School and was graduated from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, where she was valedictorian of her class. Marie was married to Norman C. Heinle in 1942, residing first in Maplewood, then Short Hills, before finally retiring to Sea Girt.

While raising her eight children, Marie was very involved with the office management and accounting for the family business: The Ideal Tool and Manufacturing Company of Irvington N J.

Marie was active in several local charities, including being a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Short Hills. She and her husband, Norman, were parishioners of Our Lady of Sorrows in South Orange, St. Rose of Lima in Short Hills and St. Mark's in Sea Girt as well as members of Maplewood Country Club and Spring Lake Golf Club.

Marie is survived by her 8 children: Norman, William, Robert, Mary Annice, Kevin, Stephen, Joanne, and David and their respective spouses; 25 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She will be interred with her husband at Gate of Heaven Cemetery early in 2017.
