Robert Egnatovich Jr. Obituary
Robert Egnatovich, Jr.

AGE: 49 • Denver, CO

Robert Egnatovich Jr., 49, of Denver, Colorado, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, at home. He was born in Red Bank, and grew up in Middletown. Since then, he had lived in Atlantic Highlands on and off, as well as Colorado and Florida. Robert graduated from MAST on Sandy Hook, then moved onto working on his fathers fishing boat in Belford as a crew member, then Co-captain. He later continued his marine career and became a clammer in Atlantic Highlands. Finally, he founded the company 'Extreme Hitch'. When he remarried, he moved his business and family to Colorado, where his business really took off.

Robert was pre-deceased by his wife, Melissa Anne Egnatovich. Surviving are his two daughters: Jessica Rose, 23, of Arizona, and Kristina Nicole, 21, of Florida; a son, Robert Joseph, 16, of Florida; a granddaughter, Adalyn Lyla, 11 months, of Florida; his parents, Pam, of Delaware, and Robert, Sr., of New Jersey; a brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Pam of Allentown; a sister, Amy Diane of Pennsylvania; and the children's step-mother, Brenda Kastner of Colorado.

Family will be accepting friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home in Middletown, New Jersey. On Saturday, Feb. 4, we will place him with his deceased wife in the Fair View Cemetery on Rt. 35 in Middletown at 1 p.m. His children ask that, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in his name to the Denver Rescue Mission. Please always remember his infectious laugh, bright smile, and capacity for kindness. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend.
