RoseMarie (Gallagher) Crelin, 82, of Middletown, passed away peacefully, Thursday, January 24, 2013 surrounded by her family at Bayside Manor Assisted Living, Keansburg. She was born in Harrison. She grew up in Keansburg and East Keansburg, where she attended St. Ann's Catholic School and St. Ann's RC Church. She graduated from Red Bank Catholic H.S. in 1949. After she married, she moved to Middletown in 1959, where she raised her five children. Later on, she worked at T&M Associates, Middletown for 13 years. She enjoyed baking and crocheting, but most of all, her greatest joy was her grandchildren.

RoseMarie was predeceased by her beloved husband, P. Burt Crelin, Jr.; her parents, James V. and Anna Gallagher, Sr.; a son, Robert D. in 1955; and a daughter, Phyllis E. Celeste in 2005. She is survived by her loved children, Paul B. Crelin and wife Sharon; Judith A. Stoll and husband George; Jacqualyn S. Zimmerman; and William P. Crelin; a brother, James V. Gallagher, Jr.; two sisters, Claire Barna and Madeline Reilly; her cherished grandchildren, Ryan and his fiancé Andrea and her daughter Ilyana, Melissa, Amanda, Dylan, Alysha, Kyle, and Kira; and many adored nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a daughter-in-law, Thea Crelin; and two sons-in-law, William Zimmerman and Thomas Celeste.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 27 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, January 28 at 11 am at the funeral home. Guests are invited to arrive between 10 and 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Flowers are acceptable, as Rose loved her gardening and flowers, or you may make a donation to a in Rose's Memory.

The Family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Bayside Manor for their care and support during our mom's final years. We love you like family!
