Sharon L. Flagg

May 24, 1955 - September 29, 2017

Sharon flew over the goal post, passed through the hoop, to follow the home run ball that has taken her on her final journey to everlasting sunshine.

She was a graduate of Andrew Warde High School in Fairfield, Ct. and a college graduate of Hartt College of Music of the University of Hartford.

An accomplished pianist is an understatement. She performed with the Philharmonic Orchestra, Joel Gray, Beverly Sills but more importantly, she played for family and friends.

Sharon was a diehard Giants, Yankees and UConn basketball fan.

She was a long time resident of Long Beach Island and Manahawkin NJ, an EMT and professional Paramedic in Atlantic, Monmouth and Ocean Counties New Jersey.

Sharon was the beloved daughter of the late Jim and MaryLou Flagg. She is survived by her sisters

Mrs. Lorri F.Fay of Manahawkin, NJ and Mrs. Dian F. Koroluk of New York.

She was an inspiration to her nieces, Ms. Keri and Erin Fay of New Jersey. She also has 2 nephews, BJ and Brandt Corby and a great-nephew, Chase Corby of New York. A memorial service will be held at a later date and burial will be in Vinalhaven, Me.
